Northern Reflections is a series celebrating and profiling the Toronto Raptors and those that are inspired by them. The Rainbow Hoops Women’s Basketball League is a recreational league in Toronto for all queer, queer-positive, trans and cis women. Founded in 1996, it provides a fun environment that allows players of all levels to experience and enjoy the game of basketball, President, Hyacinth Wellington shares the story of the league.
