The Toronto Raptors wanted to leave a legacy behind in Tampa and make a contribution to the community. The Skills Center’s philosophy of providing an environment for youth to learn and grow, directly connects with the Raptors intentions to support marginalized youth and create opportunities using sports. So, the team reached out to see how they could help.
